Note:
Freestone County became a county from Limestone County in 1851. Micajah
Bateman's wife Martha, was Martha McDonald before they married. Family history
has a daughter of Micajah & Martha Bateman dying at birth, and her husband
taking two other children to live with their grandparents, Micajah and Martha
Bateman. This would explain the names McDaniell in the 1850 census, with Green
McDaniell possibly being the son-in-law of Micajah and Martha Bateman.
