Dear Doris,
Met the mail man and he gave me your letter and the pictures. Very glad to hear from you and I believe you feel as I do. Will write you tonight. I have just got into Gardiner so I thought you would like to know that I received every thing O.K.
So don't worry will be more than pleased to hear from you often excuse the pencil and note as this is done in a hurry so you would get it before Monday. Gee I wished you were closer.
Love to all and be a good wife untill I see you again.
