Dear Doris,
Received your letter this a.m. and it is raining like H__. My party has started back to day and am very glad it rained as I am going to try and get a few days rest now. I have so much to do around here or that I want to do before it gets cold I don't suppose I will rest very much.
We didn't have much luck as it was very dury and windy which make the birds very wild and you can't get near them. We worked very hard for three days and they were about all in last night.
Don't worry about them coming here on any drinking partys as it can't be d
