Dear Doris,

Just a line so you will get it by Saturday.

Snowing like the devil now everything all white expect the people from Boston will be up tonight.  Hope this doesn't last long as it means something for us if they don't come.

Haven't heard from Viv. yet so don't worry about her interferring with you and I.

What reason has she to be jealous of you and I any way.  It is just her disposition and she probably can't help it but however when you get get up here you won't be able to hear all that bunk so that gossip doesn't do any body any good.  You and I will have bigger problems than that to think and talk about.

Thanks for the information in regards to us getting married.

Will write you after Monday and will try and get the size of my finger and you can buy the rings.  Unless some unforeseen thing happens I will be down there the evening of the 19th.  I am going to try and get down early as I can may be you and I can be Mr - Mrs that night what do you say.

Will write you Monday evening or Tuesday a.m. as I will be busy with this party this week end.  Look out for the cats and don't get scratched.

Will let you know if I hear anything.

With lots of love,

Pete
