Natascha Wagoner-Tilson

As Miss Indian USA, Natascha remained in college and graduated while holding the title.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services with a minor in Family Studies from Wingate University in North Carolina. 

Appearance highlights include receiving a proclamation from North Carolina Governor, James B. Hunt, Jr. declaring May 4, 1995 "Natascha Wagoner Day", traveling to Oregon for the Northwest Indian Youth Conference, VIP Guest for American Indian Royalty Day in Arizona, and visiting the Grand Canyon.  She is the first MIUSA to be featured in and grace the cover of the College Digest. 

She received an internship at the White House in the Office of the First Lady – Hillary Rodham Clinton through the 1995 Washington Internships for Native Students (WINS) program at American University-Washington, DC.
