One of my great-uncles ( god knows how far down the line) was supposedly on the CSS Ram Albemarle which was sunk by Union forces. We have an old painting of him in his Officer's uniform and we also have his pistol, rifle and sword. My father still swears that we are related to Gov. Swain because this guy (I can't recall his name) is related to him. Or so my Dad says.   Story by Sean Swain
